INDAS Citizen Portal
A public website where families whose homes were damaged submit their information and follow their request online.
No screenshots: this system holds client data in confidence. The drawing shows what it does.
The story
Thousands of families needed a simple way to submit their details and follow up without visiting an office. I led the design and front end of the portal and the public website, in a team of six, so a long form feels short and clear on any phone.

What it does
- A guided form that only asks the questions that apply to you.
- Save and continue later.
- Objections and attachments online.
- A help centre and a clear sign-in.
- Designed for phones first, and for tablets.
